The trip

It is a very special experience to walk on the wadden surface, surrounded by horizon, sky and pick oysters and seaweed to eat. As something new in 2021, we drive the Tractor Bus from Rømøtours from Tønnisgård and up to the dike. It gives our nature guide the opportunity to also tell you exciting things about Rømø on the drive. On the trip you get the opportunity to collect Pacific oysters, mussels and seaweed at the same time as you experience the Wadden Sea, the National Park and the World Heritage. We of course have a Rømø herbal schnapps in the backpack to rinse the experience down with and the nature guide is happy to give advice and guidance on preparing the raw materials. NB: Everyone must bring a negative COVID19 test that is a maximum of 72 hours old.
